Pascal Meier

Pascal Meier embarked on his journey with our company as a young, ambitious test technician, eager to make an impact. Back in 2006, BOMATEC AG was a small company with just 15 employees and a laboratory in Switzerland. While the lab was already well equipped, the tests were simpler and less complex compared to what we do today.

Pascal Meier took charge of the incoming goods inspection, covering everything from dimensional checks to magnetic property assessments and environmental simulations. Over the following years, we made substantial investments in our testing labs to guarantee our customers top-tier quality and safety, from the very start of the project all the way to product approval. Today, our locations in China, Malaysia, and Switzerland are equipped with identical labs, where measurements are conducted using the latest equipment and a high level of digitalization. Pascal Meier himself is rarely found at the testing facilities anymore. Over his 20 years in the magnet industry, he has become a true authority in his field. His extensive expertise in magnet manufacturing and testing, paired with years of hands-on experience, has established him as a recognized specialist – an invaluable asset not only to us but especially to you, our customers. As a Quality Planner, he supports our Project Managers with manufacturability assessments and feasibility analyses, ensuring that customer requirements are seamlessly integrated and executed throughout the APQP process.

There are many reasons why Pascal Meier is still passionate about working at BOMATEC AG after all these years. He particularly values the short decision-making paths that allow for fast and efficient work.
